.IN LATE 2021 Russia began assembly metal crates over the belfries of its own containers, in an effort to protect all of them from attack. The cages showed useless-- some Western side professionals amusingly called all of them "emotional-support armour". Right now Russia has presented a much more demanding retrofit, utilizing metallic sheet to absolutely confine some of its tanks. The new armour has made the autos the label "turtle containers". Will kitting all of them out this way actually help?
